Think of the immensity of the night sky. Every point of light shining above us is a magnificent glowing body of untold distance from our solar system. These luminous spheroids of plasma emit energy into the cosmos, and their gravitational forces orchestrate the movement of the galaxies. Undoubtedly, we owe our existence to this symphony of light and energy. Aligning ourselves to this cosmic dance allows us to be in harmony with the universe.
There is a law in science called the conservation of energy, which states that within a system, energy is neither gained or lost. It is simply transformed or transferred to a different form. This is an important fact to understand, because it indicates that there is this highly connected web of life that moves together as one.
When we think of how these forces are transmitted to us for the purpose of powering our being, we must understand the pathway through which they come. In an analogy, let's look at the device that you are using to read this passage. It is powered by a battery. And that battery is charged by plugging into the wall of your home or office. That wall socket gets its power from the electrical lines running through your neighborhood. This all flows from the substation somewhere in your region. And of course the sub-stations are distribution centers from the central power plant. So now we have found the origin, right?
But what energy is used to generate electricity in the central power plant? Is it fossil fuel, coal, nuclear, or some other energy? And where is the source of that? You begin to see that this exercise of tracing the stream of electricity that is powering your device only yields an endless chain of transformations of energy, since nothing is created and nothing is lost.

Herein lies a powerful analogy for our lives in this world and within the greater cosmos. The light of the universe shines its powerful rays outward to animate all that exists. Life on our world is activated by the life forces coming from our planet, our solar system, and solar systems outside of our own. As the rays pass through these bodies (interstellar and planetary) they impart energy to all the forms of our world, including to each of us.
You can think of these rays as forces. Each ray is the recipient and transmitter of energy that emanates from certain solar systems and certain constellations. In our night sky, we see that not all stars are equal, and it is certainly the case that several of them have special qualities and attributes. For those enlightened people that understand each of these forces, they are then able to align themselves to the flow of energy and its demands for any particular time.
The task for each of us is to undertake our own explorations to discover the cosmic forces that work upon our world and upon our lives. Once revealed to us, we can then direct our efforts to play in harmony with the cosmic symphony. As we develop our awareness and expertise with the rays, a progression lies before us.
At first, the task is to bring our seven energetic centers into a condition where they can respond to the forces of the rays. These centers are located within the etheric body and are indicative of how we run our energy, the thoughts and emotions we hold, and the actions we undertake. Not all people are equal in this regard. Just consider any of the human conditions that are lacking in joy, peace, tranquility, and harmony. If these states of being are not present in our own energetic composition, then the higher forces cannot easily operate.

Once our etheric energy is brought to the right condition, we begin to open ourselves to the energy of our planetary world. Herein we begin to understand the particular energies available on this world rather than another world. For instance, the planetary composition of Earth is different than Saturn. They are different sizes, different distances from the sun, they have different gravitational and atmospheric compositions, etc. While our human bodies cannot survive on the surface of another planet, we are here on Earth nonetheless with specific and particular energies, forces, and rays at play. How often are we fully conscious of all the forces coming from the Earth?
As full rapport with the planetary energy dawns, the individual then opens their awareness to the energy of the Sun. This star in our solar system has particular qualities and attributes which are animated by the rays coming from the universe. As in the example of Earth vs. Saturn, our Sun has attributes that are different than another star like Proxima Centauri, the closest neighboring star. The energies from our star offer particular conditions for us living within its realm of influence. Are we fully conscious of the Sun's influence?
Expansion proceeds and extends further to the forces coming from outside of our solar system, emanating from specific locations. Here we begin to understand the dance of the cosmos.
While much of this may be outside of our grasp for the moment, this is the direction in which we are developing. As this expansion proceeds, what do you discover about the manner in which you harmonize with the rays and forces of the cosmos?
